Making a booking

Walk-ins are welcome 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because suites and therapists are allocated in order, we recommend calling or messaging ahead — particularly for the couples suite, the Moroccan bath, and four hands sessions, which need two therapists.

Prices

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are shown per person unless stated otherwise. Our published menu runs from AED 180 for a 60-minute Thai massage to AED 420 for a 60-minute couples massage.

Session lengths are 60 minutes unless a package states otherwise. Extended sessions are available on request at the time of booking.

Prices and packages may change. The price confirmed with you when you book is the price you pay for that visit.

Offers and packages

Arrival and lateness

Arriving a few minutes early lets you settle in and talk to your therapist about pressure and focus areas. If you arrive late, we will do our best to deliver the full session, but where the next booking has already been allocated the session may be shortened to protect the following guest's time.

Cancelling or rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, call us on <a href="tel:+971506765866">+971 50 676 5866</a>. Please give us as much notice as you can, especially for the couples suite, so the room can be offered to another guest.

Your health and comfort

Tell us before your session about injuries, recent surgery, skin conditions, allergies, fragrance sensitivities, pregnancy, or any medical condition affecting massage. Your therapist will adapt the treatment or recommend a more suitable one.

Deep tissue massage is not recommended during pregnancy or directly over recent injuries. Very sensitive or recently sun-exposed skin should be mentioned before a Moroccan bath so exfoliation pressure can be reduced.

Our treatments are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not a medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor.

You can ask your therapist to adjust pressure, change technique, or stop at any point during your session.

Conduct

This is a professional spa. We reserve the right to end a session and decline future bookings where a guest behaves inappropriately towards our therapists or other guests.

Personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you in your suite. We cannot accept responsibility for items left unattended in the spa.
